Back to the good stuff!

Well, I guess the weekend eats were REALLY the good ones but this will make my body feel & look better!

Breakfast: Special K with berries, Fiber One, banana & Silk Light Plain

AND I was still hungry so I had some egg whites & 2% cheese slice on an Arnold Sandwich Thin

AM Snack: PB Cookie Luna Bar

Lunch: Cedar Lane LF Bean & Cheese burrito, 0% Fage & BBQ Soycrisps

PM Snack: Clif Chocolate Chip Z-bar & apple (super crunchy & juicy!)

Dinner: TBD
