Oops!

I guess I was slacking yesterday so here's the laundry list of eats for Wednesday!

Breakie: Special K with berries, Fiber One, banana & Silk Light Plain

AM Snack: Luna Chocolate Peppermint Stick bar

Lunch: Fage 0%, BBQ soycrisps & turkey sandwich (Arnold Sandwich thin, natural turkey & Sargento baby swiss)

PM Snack: Clif Z-bar, apple & a few soycrisps

Dinner: Italian turkey sausage, peppers, onions, egg whites & mozzarella shreds; Arnold Sandwich Thin

No fancy bolding here. Just the facts jack.

I should not that I was NOT starving & snacky yesterday. Not sure what the deal was the other day but I'm better!
