Breakfast: Special K with Berries, Fiber One, banana & Silk Light Plain

AM Snack: Luna White Chocolate Macademia bar

Lunch: 0% Fage, BBQ soycrips (yes, I have a problem!) & Amy's Especial burrito

PM Snack: Smoothie (frozen blueberries, Silk Light Plain & BSN Cinnamon Roll protein)

Dinner: Turkey burgers stuffed with baby swiss, Arnold Sandwich Thin & oven fries
