Breakfast smoothie:
1 cup light soymilk
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Strawberries
1/3 scoop BSN cinnamon roll protein
Super yummy & just enough to kill the hunger!
Lunch: (sorta!)
Mission whole grain wrap with egg whites, Morningstar sausage-style crumbles & cheese
Banana
Blue Bunny ice cream sandwich (yes, really...I wanted it! lol)
