I think this will be my dessert this weekend (thanks for the idea Mellissa!)
Combine a brick of cream cheese (I always use light) & a container of Cool whip (light again.) Place it in prepared graham cracker pie crust (I do the individual ones) then top with your choice of well..anything!
I've topped it with Snickers, berries, canned cherry pie filling....it's totally whatever you want!
Always a total hit & super easy to make!
