Eat
-Rice cake with AB & preserves
-Egg with slice of toast & few sips of milk
-Yogurt (been really craving some lately)
-1/2 roast beef with swiss & 1/2 coke
-Zone bar & banana
-Sloppy joes (no bun) & oven fries

(we have no fruit in the house!!!!)
