That's it for now & it's 910am. I'm not hungry AT ALL. It's bizarre. I even burned 400-ish calories with cardio. I'm having coffee though so there's something there.
11am: Pork stir fry leftovers (small bit of pork, cabbage, onions & sweet chili sauce)
1pm: Apple & nuts
445pm: Turkey taco meat, refried beans, lettuce, cheddar & a few tortilla chips (crushed on top)
730pm: Choc chips & nuts (about 1/8 cup each)
