AM: Legs & Core; 5 min incline walk
PM: 20 min cardio
Thursday
30 min elliptical (very easy...ouchy legs from yesterday!)
Friday
Chest & Tris
20 min elliptical (still fairly easy)
Saturday
Shoulders & core
30 min elliptical
