30 min elliptical
(neither hubby nor myself wanted to workout today but did it anyway!)

Monday
AM: Back & Bi's
PM: Cardio abs (Insanity workout)

Tuesday
30 min run (15 min SS & 15 min intervals)

Wednesday
AM: Legs & Core; 5 min incline walk
PM: 20 min cardio

Thursday
30 min elliptical (very easy...ouchy legs from yesterday!)

Friday
Chest & Tris
20 min elliptical (still fairly easy)

Saturday
Shoulders & core
30 min elliptical
