I dont. I've not been really hungry at all today for some reason.
Breakfast: Smoothie with mango, banana, liquid egg whites (pasturized) & almond milk; Thomas' mini bagel with Naturally More & no sugar added strawberry preserves
AM Snack: Oikos FF plain yogurt & homemade lara-ish bar (dates & peanuts)
Lunch: 1 Morningstar Vegan Griller & 1 Morningstar Veggie Patty (yes, that's it & I was stuffed when done!) Dipped them in Newman's Light Honey Mustard
PM Snack: Homemade lara-ish bar & apple
Pre-Mowing snack: Medjool date stuffed with Naturally More (was finally getting hungry)
Dinner: Italian beef (homemade from a roast) on wheat bun with swiss, ear of corn & date/nut bar
Oddly enough, I'm starting to feel hungry this evening though I'm not sure why. Dinner did the trick & I had a bar for dessert. Will toss in another snack later if necessary!
