Okay, if you already read the main blog then you know I've found myself some candy corn again! I really believe that splurges keep us sane!

Pre-cardio snack: Medjool date stuffed with Naturally More (so delish!)

Post-cardio: Mango, banana & strawberry smoothie blended with greek yogurt & almond milk

Snack: Candy corn & peanuts

Lunch: Frontera black bean chipotle chips, black beans, cheese & greek yogurt (made nachos)

Dinner: Italian beef & oven potatoes

***will add additional snacks if necessary & might have a glass of something tonight!***
