Yummy in my tummy!
The day started with this lovely concoction. It includes oats, 1/2 banana, 1 t flaxseed, 1T maple syrup, Naturally More & a teensy bit of milk. Soooooooooooooo good!
I also ate this after my oats. I had one before the gym today & another for an afternoon snack.

Used leftovers from yesterday for a salad. The bowl had lettuce, garbanzo beans & feta cheese topped with some Newman's Light honey mustard.
See the loner bean? The rest were in the bottom of the bowl hiding.
I was super hungry for dinner but had NOTHING that I wanted to eat. I winged it. I used a couple corn tortillas, mexican cheese (reduced fat) & some black beans. Really simple & boring but it killed the hunger. I had 2 of these.

I also a little cup of natural applesauce with dinner.

So funny- just bought a can of black beans to do the same thing with these Flat Out wraps I bought!
