-Rice cake with almond butter & preserves (AB almost gone...sad face!)
-Yogurt
-Taco salad (lettuce, leftover chili, cheese & dab of sour cream)
-Apple & nuts
-Chicken quarter & corn on the cob (got TONS from Dad)

Training: Shoulders & core
Cardio: 20 min stairmill (intervals)
