-Rice cake with preserves
-Cereal with banana & skim
-Yogurt
-1/2 turkey sandwich with swiss, red pepper with hummus & mini can of coke
-Apple & nuts
-Chicken quarter, salad with cheese & a few bites of pasta (it was packaged & WAY too salty)
