-Rice cake with PB (about 1 teaspoon) & preserves (keeps me best for workouts longer than 30 minutes)
-Cheerios, banana & skim
-1/2 turkey sand with swiss, yellow peppers & yogurt
-Apple & nuts
-Turkey burger (no bun) with cheese & salad
Training:  Chest & Tri's
Cardio: 20 min on elliptical  (Increased resistance every minute for 5 min intervals.  In the last 5 min, it was amped up a notch)  
Result from cardio?  Sweaty pig!
