Hubby decided this morning he didn't want to do cardio (tired legs) & that throws me off. I HATE going back after work & Comcrap's On Demand wouldn't work for me to see what I could do after work. Soooooo....20 min of Insanity, something on On Demand or to the gym I go. Urgh.
ETA: Cardio did not happen. Tried yoga & it was awful. Body could use the rest anyway with a race this weekend.
