-Nuts (if needed)
-Salad with steak, corn, salsa, red pepper, cukes & cheese (from home)
-Apple & nuts
-Italian beef (no bun) with slice of cheese & oven potatoes

**5 minute intervals: increase level every minute (7-11 for first 2 intervals) then (8-12 for last 2 intervals)
