Eat
-Whole egg, egg white, slice of toast & slice of cheese; few sips of OJ
-Banana
-1/2 roast beef with swiss, cukes & 1/2 small can of coke (yes really..I wanted my tea instead!)
-Apple & nuts (about 1/2 oz)
-BBQ chicken pizza (I'll do half of an individual one...homemade for b-day boy)
-small portion of poundcake, ice cream & strawberries (hubby's choice for b-day cake)

Move
30 min treadmill run (raining outside)

(goes like this.....)
0-20 min: start at 5.6 & increase .2 every 5 minutes
20-25: start at 6.0 & increase .2 every minute
25-26: 6.0
26-30: start at 6.4 & increase .2 every minute

Result: almost barfed & sweaty beast

Overall: Kick ass workout!
