Chx salad with 1/2 pita (Quizno's)
3 Dove chocolate bites (handing them out in Chicago! lol)
Caesar (side salad) with dressing on side, slice of pizza & short (10oz) cider

30 min AMT trainer & stretching

Interval program (levels 8 & 10: 2 min intervals)
