Rice cake with preserves
Egg, egg white, slice of cheese & piece of toast; milk (about 1/2 cup)
Banana
Sloppy joe salad & a coke (sloppy joe, cheese, lettuce & drizzle of mustard) (sounds weird but SO good)
Apple & yogurt
Sweet italian turkey sausage with peppers & onions and good ol' Kraft Mac & Cheese

Cardio: 30 min AMT trainer

2.5 min @ 10
2.5 min @ 11

This machine is KILLER! I think it gives the stairmill a run for the money!!!!
